The community ART group toolkit describes a model where self-formed groups of between 4-12 people on ART, nominate a group member to collect ART for each other. The group meets every 1-3 months depending on the maximum duration of ART that can be supplied in the country of implementation, always using the maximum refill possible. The toolkit describes how to establish the groups, the processes performed at the group meeting and describes the tasks performed by staff at the facility.

The annexes provide examples of the M & E tools required to run the groups.
